International Real Estate increase presence at Gulf Property Show

Bahrain’s expanding real estate and property development sector is a major focus for the Gulf Property Show

Manama, Bahrain: Gulf Property Show 2016 will see an increased presence of international real estate and property developers.

Gulf Property Show, the boutique showcase for real estate and property developments, is set to take place from the 26th – 28th April 2016 at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre (BIECC)  under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister of Bahrain.

“While demand from Bahrain’s expanding real estate and property development sector is a major focus for the Gulf Property Show, the event is becoming  a major showcasing opportunity for international real estate developers.” says Jubran Abdulrahman, Managing Director of Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions.

The success of the Gulf Property Show has been the result of an aggressive marketing approach geared to the needs of the real estate sector.  The Show has grown by over 300% since its inception in 2013.

“This year we have an increase in showcasing of real estate projects  from outside Bahrain, with projects from Kuwait, UAE, Turkey, Qatar, United Kingdom, USA, India  Thailand and Philippines  Eastern Europe  and South-East Asia.” confirms Ahmed Suleiman Exhibition Director

“Whether you are looking at investment or retirement opportunities from Thailand to Turkey or from Europe to the USA, the Gulf Property Show will have something for everyone” adds Mr Abdulrahman

 The Gulf Property Show is free of charge to visit and is expected to attract over 7,000 visitors from Bahrain and the GCC; 20% of which will be from Saudi Arabia.
