Emirates Insolaire to Expand as Solar Market Grows in GCC

Solar is a growing sector and analysis on the Gulf Cooperation Council countries indicate the possibility of about 50times surge in the installation of solar in the region between 2015 and 2025. The analysis by Frost and Sullivan also shows higher interest of Saudi Arabia in solar energy as the country plans for an additional 9.5 GW of renewable energy by 2030. With these developments, Emirates Insolaire LLC which is Dubai Investment’s joint venture with a Switzerland-based pioneer in solar technologies – SwissINSO Holding Inc, is certain to increase growth and expand its impact in the region. The Managing Partner of Emirates Insolaire, Rafic Hanbali, commenting on the issue during the World Future Energy Summit highlighted that the company has changed and as well inspired the solar industry worldwide through their KromatixTM technology which offers a colored solar panel. He mentioned that global photovoltaic market is booming and expected to grow at a Compounded Annual Growth Rate of 18.30% till 2020. Rafic Hanbil also said that the company is continuously engaging with other global stakeholders and their presence at the WFES is to promote active interaction among companies worldwide.
