According to data provided by Bayut.com for January 2017, the Abu Dhabi area most popular with intending apartment renters was Al Reem Island. The area accounted for 24% of all search queries for rental apartments on Bayut’s website. Al Reem Island is a popular community that is well planned, laced with modern facilities for hassle-free living and with an infrastructure that is well-suited to support a constantly growing population. Apart from this, the units constructed here are new and the quality is of the highest standard. The second most searched placed in the rental apartment category was Khalifa City A which received 7% of the search hits. Khalifa City A is an extremely popular residential locality since it is centrally located and has been provided with a number of quality parks, schools and hospitals. Similarly, Al Raha Beach is also an attractive locality due to its close proximity to entertainment venues and the international airport.
The fourth place went to Corniche Area, which was closely followed by Al Khalidiyah.

Next on the list was Al Reef Island, a fast developing suburban community that received 11% of all search hits in the villa category. The fourth and fifth spots were bagged by Al Raha Gardens and Saadiyat Island that respectively received 6% and 4% of all search queries for rental villas in the emirate.
The most popular area in the UAE capital for renting office spaces in January 2017 was, again, Al Reem Island which received 28% of all inquiries for rental offices. It was followed by the industrial town Mussafah that received 27% search hits in January. Mussafah is an economic hub which is home to many manufacturing concerns. The biggest advantage associated with this area is its close proximity to the port, which makes business activities much easier. The third spot went to Hamdan Street, followed by Tourist Club Area. The fifth spot was claimed by Airport Street, which has some of the most sought after office spaces available in the entire emirate.
